Lawyers Alliance assists nonprofits that make visual, musical, cultural, and
performing arts an integral part of life in low-income communities. Our
Community Arts program priority helps organizations to provide artistic
outlets and use the arts to foster education, social supports and services,
and urban development.
Clients are engaged in enrichment activities for children and the elderly,
in-school and after-school programs, music and dance performances,
therapeutic arts programs, and other community-based arts activities.
Lawyers Alliance is a member of the steering committee of CultureAID ("Culture Active in Disasters"),
a response and recovery network committed to strengthening New York City's cultural community before, during, and after disasters. Read the CultureAID press release.

"Lawyers Alliance has given us access to the highest quality
legal counsel. This expert legal advice has directly increased
the number of youth that Willie Mae Rock Camp serves by allowing
our program staff to focus on the children rather than
attempting to do our own legal research."
