 Workshops on Nonprofit Legal Issues
Lawyers Alliance's educational seminars and workshops assist nonprofit managers and other leaders of community-based and nonprofit groups. We cover timely legal issues, while offering a practical perspective.
Non-lawyers -- especially staff and board members of New York
nonprofit organizations -- are the main audience for most of
these programs. We also conduct an annual Continuing Legal Education
(CLE) program for attorneys.
Most of our programs are open to representatives of all types of nonprofit organizations. Some are specialized for grantees of certain funders or have a particular programmatic focus such as child care or elder services.
