Nonprofit executives sign contracts every day, including consultant agreements, subcontracts, maintenance agreements, and vendor agreements, to name a few. This webinar will highlight the most common contract provisions that can lead to issues later on if they are overlooked before your client signs.

Learning Objectives: Participants will become better equipped to represent nonprofits in contract negotiations by receiving practical guidance on approaching contract review and identifying key provisions to negotiate for the most favorable terms.
