CLE Accredited Live Webinar (for newly admitted and experienced attorneys only): Commercial Leasing: Practice Tips for Representing a Nonprofit

When a nonprofit organization leases commercial space for use as an office or to run a program, there are special considerations to take into account.  During this webinar you will learn practice tips for representing a nonprofit in a commercial lease negotiation.  Topics covered will include negotiating a right to terminate, the importance of the “use” clause and the assignment and subletting provisions, and issues presented by expenses that are passed through to the tenant.
