New Clients: Please complete a Request for Legal Assistance Form and submit it with documents listed on the last page of the Form. We review and respond only to complete applications.

To submit an application by email, please complete the PDF version, button below, and send it with attachments to LAFSubmit@lawyersalliance.org. Write "Request for Legal Assistance" in the subject line.
