Lawyers Alliance provides general information on business and transactional legal issues (not litigation) to nonprofits, lawyers, policymakers, technical assistance providers, and members of the general public. We do not provide legal information on individual or for-profit business questions. While we offer specific legal advice only to clients, we supply helpful general information and referrals to others through our Resource Call service.
