Leases, vendor agreements, foundation grants, government contracts: a nonprofit may have dozens of different contracts. Each may incorporate multiple attachments and be amended and renewed repeatedly over many years. Each contract also comes with its own compliance obligations. This webinar, which is part of our Conquering Contracts series, will discuss options for keeping track of contract documents and identifying and meeting contract compliance obligations.
