Webinars for Wise Nonprofits: Insurance for Nonprofit Organizations

An effective insurance program is one of the most important risk management tools available to nonprofits.  Yet, determining the appropriate insurance coverage may be a daunting task. At times, managers and directors are confronted with a confusing array of verbiage and coverage decisions. We will discuss the types of commercial insurance policies typically purchased by community-based organizations, such as general commercial liability, professional liability, and management liability insurance. In addition, we will address specific questions related to the impact of the COVID pandemic on current coverage and the path for renewals.

Learning Objective: This webinar is designed to help attendees assess the scope of coverage that will be appropriate for their organizations to mitigate risks.
