Corporate sponsorship offers exciting opportunities for businesses to be associated with charitable activities and for charities to raise additional revenue.  Such relationships can take various forms and can be the proverbial "win-win". But corporate sponsorships also pose significant risks to the nonprofit. This workshop will examine case studies, hypotheticals, and form documents.

Learning Objectives: Participants will be able to evaluate potential sponsorship (both special event and ongoing sponsorship) and cause-related marketing relationships with businesses based upon applicable state and federal rules.
