As Pro Bono Coordinator, Carlin Brito is a key liaison between Lawyers Alliance and its volunteers. Carlin engages in pro bono outreach to law firms and corporations and coordinates the staffing of pro bono matters, striving to ensure that volunteers have the most rewarding experience possible. Prior to joining Lawyers Alliance, Carlin worked as the Manager of Sustainability & Partnerships at Rethink Food, cultivating relationships with corporate donors and nonprofit partners to address issues of food waste and food insecurity. Carlin graduated in 2018 from SUNY New Paltz with a B.A. in Psychology and English with a minor in Asian Studies, and they are currently enrolled in the part-time program at the CUNY School of Law as a J.D. candidate.
