Ngoc Tram ("Tram") Hoa Nguyen is a Legal Fellow sponsored by the National Center on Philanthropy and the Law at New York University School of Law. Tram graduated cum laude from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2026 with a joint JD-MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. She received her B.A. in Social Studies from Harvard College.

Prior to joining Lawyers Alliance, Tram completed summer associate positions at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP and Sidley Austin LLP.  Before law school, Tram worked in the corporate strategy and development team at TIAA. During law school, she provided direct legal services to immigrants at Instituto del Progreso Latino, worked with small business owners and nonprofits through the Donald Pritzker Entrepreneurship Law Clinic, and produced accessible legal resources at Illinois Legal Aid Online.
