CLE Accredited Live Webinar (for newly admitted and experienced attorneys only): Bylaws that Work: Developing Effective Bylaws for New York Nonprofits

During changing and uncertain times, the corporate structure and governance of a not-for-profit corporation can be a source of resilience and direction. Clear and functional bylaws make it easier for the organization’s leadership to make significant operational, fiscal, and programmatic decisions that affect the health and future of the organization. This webinar will provide practical guidance for drafting legally compliant and functional bylaws for your nonprofit clients, regardless of their size or mission.

Learning Objectives: Participants will become better equipped to draft effective nonprofit corporate bylaws by receiving insights into industry best practices and legal requirements that apply to New York nonprofits.

NYS CLE credit: This program has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board for a maximum of one (1.0) credit hour which can be applied toward the professional practice requirement.
